Next Hearing of NIS Petition in High Court is on 21st Feb: Sambad, 9th Feb 2007
After a prolonged struggle, On August 28th 2006, The Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, announced the setting up of NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (NISER) at Bhubaneswar. He said that this institute will be at par with the IISERs and when completed will be like today's TIFR and IISc. This blog is a watchdog to make sure that the above indeed happens.
